About Us:
High End Development is a specialty contractor focused on decking waterproofing, gypsum floor underlayments, reconstruction, and railing assemblies. We’re known for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and bringing high-end residential and commercial projects to life. We’re now looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction efforts with excellence.
What You’ll Do:

Interpret blueprints and collaborate with architects, engineers, and estimators to plan projects accurately

Manage construction sites with a strong understanding of processes, timelines, and safety standards

Maintain compliance with building codes, especially related to handrail systems and structural components

Create and manage work schedules to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded
-
Estimate material needs, plan ahead, and stay within budget and project scope

Order materials in advance to avoid delays and cost overruns

Oversee on-site teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Monitor project budgets and ensure gross profit targets are met

Hire and manage labor resources as needed

Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Generate project reports and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or specialty contracting

Strong knowledge of construction site operations, planning, and safety protocols
-
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical documents
-
Proficiency in basic math and construction material takeoffs

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with handrail codes and installation processes
-
PMI Certification is a plus
