Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking a Retail Pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-perm assignment in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys working in a high-volume retail environment and providing excellent patient care.

Position Details:

Location: Los Alamos, NM
Type: 13-week contract to hire
Schedule: Flexible start time (8:30am or 9:30am)
Pharmacy Hours: MF 8:30am6:30pm; Sat 9:00am2:00pm (rotating weekends)
System: Pioneer
Volume: Approx. 600 prescriptions per day

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
Provide outstanding customer service and patient counseling.
Verify USP 800 Non-Sterile compounded prescriptions (verify only, no compounding).

Requirements:

Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist license.
Experience with non-sterile compounding preferred.
Background in high-volume pharmacy is a plus.
Open to new graduates.
