Travel Registered Nurse position specializing in Medical/Surgical care.
Located in Willoughby, Ohio at Lake West Medical Center, part of University Hospitals system.
Role involves providing nursing care in a medical/surgical unit.

Must hold a valid permanent RN license for Ohio; temporary licenses are not accepted.
American Heart Association BLS certification required for clinical positions.
Completion of various health and safety vaccinations and tests including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine, and Fit Test.
Completion of 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within the last 6 months; chest x-ray required if positive.
Physical/Health Statement completed within one year prior to start, confirming ability to work without restrictions.
Completion of UHS Skills Checklist, Competency Exam, and Core Competencies with required passing scores.
Background checks including UHS Criminal Background Check, Social Security Trace, NSO, OIG Search, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC, and National Database Criminal background check as applicable.
Completion of UHS Module Completion Certificate training modules prior to clearance.
Must provide verification of education and employment history through third-party verification.
Non-expired photo ID required.

COVID-19 vaccine proof or approved medical/religious exemption preferred but not required.
Ohio fingerprinting and background check requirements vary based on residency duration.
