Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize used vehicle profitability
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and vehicle presentation
- Conduct regular training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer transactions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven success in automotive sales management, preferably with luxury or premium brands
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and evenings
Salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 annually + performance bonuses — Full-time, in-person role.
