What You'll Be Doing: Living Our Mission

Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns with empathy and understanding.

Clearly translating technical diagnoses and repair recommendations from our technicians to customers.

Preparing accurate estimates and invoices, explaining all services and charges in detail.

Scheduling service appointments and managing the workflow in the shop to ensure timely repairs.

Communicating with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates, and building trust.

What We're Looking For
