Hours: Mon–Thurs (8 AM–5 PM) | Fri (8 AM–2 PM)

We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant who brings warmth, precision, and professionalism to every interaction.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, friendly and cooperative, hold themselves to high personal standards, and enjoy keeping busy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Receive and process payments, issuing receipts as requested.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail daily.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Support office operations and assist teammates as needed.
