We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative & Automotive Parts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong clerical and organizational skills, along with solid automotive knowledge to assist customers with repair needs and parts inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with parts, repair questions, and product recommendations.

· Research and source automotive parts using supplier catalogs and inventory systems.

· Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders for repair services and parts sales.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and organize parts storage areas.

· Coordinate ordering and restocking of parts and supplies.

· Support daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.

· Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in an automotive repair, parts, or service environment required.

· Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts catalogs.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar software).

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver’s license required with no criminal background.
