What You’ll Do:
- Lead shifts and supervise staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service
- Coach, train, and inspire team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure top-notch guest experiences with hands-on table interaction
- Manage food, labor, and operational costs
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations
- Support recruiting, hiring, and staff development alongside the GM

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of **restaurant or hospitality management experience
- A passion for **people leadership and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current food and alcohol safety certifications
- Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
