Automotive Mechanic / Technician – Full-Time

About Us:
PCB Auto Repair LLC is a professional and fast-growing auto repair shop in Panama City Beach. We work on a wide range of vehicles — from daily drivers to high-end imports — focusing on honest service, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our team.
Position Overview:
The mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. You’ll work closely with our service staff and reception team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic inspections and identify mechanical problems
- Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, filters, fluids, etc.)
- Repair or replace components (engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, etc.)
- Perform electrical and diagnostic testing using scan tools
- Document repair work and communicate clearly with the front office
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiar with diagnostic tools and repair software
- Must have basic tools (specialty tools provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliability and strong work ethic are a must
- ASE Certification a plus (not required)
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-Time, Monday–Saturday
- Pay based on experience and performance (hourly or flat rate)
