Concierge (Floater / On-Call) – Brooklyn & Manhattan
We are looking for a Concierge Floater to support several residential buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan. This position has no fixed schedule or minimum hours. You will work as needed, depending on daily requests and building needs.
Responsibilities

Follow the required dress code: suit or blazer with dress pants, dress shoes, and a tie.

Maintain clean, neat, and professional grooming at all times.

Welcome residents and guests politely when they enter or leave the building.

Assist guests with doors or any help needed at the entrance.

Notify residents when food deliveries arrive.

Receive packages from couriers and organize them correctly in the mailroom.

Sort important mail or checks in the proper area when necessary.

Give residents their keys after checking proper ID.

Provide friendly, reliable service across different assigned buildings.
Qualifications

Able to speak and understand English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Polite, respectful, and professional attitude.

Dependable, flexible, and willing to help where needed.
