TEMP TO PERM POSITIONPay: $20-$25/hourly Shift: 1st (4:00a-1:00p) or (5:00a-2:00p) 5 days a week. Working days are flexible!
The Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on buses and ensuring all systems and components remain in safe, reliable working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in diagnostic procedures.
- Replace and repair mechanical and electrical components as needed.
- Conduct interior coach repairs and ensure all interior components are well-maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with shop stocking and inventory.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Additional Requirements:
- Basic technical or mechanical experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and participate in ongoing training.
