About Us

Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary, neuro-affirming clinic dedicated to supporting children and their families through collaborative, child-centered care. Our team includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, ABA specialists.

We are seeking a Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role will be conducting comprehensive evaluations, with a strong emphasis on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and cognitive/developmental delays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents, with primary referrals related to autism and cognitive delays.

  • Interpret results and provide clear, compassionate feedback to families.

  • Write comprehensive, strength-based, neuro-affirming evaluation reports.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, ABA, psychology, etc.) to develop holistic care plans.

  • Provide consultation and support to caregivers, schools, and medical providers as appropriate.

  • Maintain documentation in accordance with clinic and licensing standards.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Neuropsychology.

  • Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the state of Michigan.

  • Specialized training/experience in pediatric neuropsychology.

  • Experience with autism evaluations and cognitive/developmental assessments strongly preferred.

  • Strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care.

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
