About Us
Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary, neuro-affirming clinic dedicated to supporting children and their families through collaborative, child-centered care. Our team includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, ABA specialists.
We are seeking a Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role will be conducting comprehensive evaluations, with a strong emphasis on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and cognitive/developmental delays.
Responsibilities

Conduct neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents, with primary referrals related to autism and cognitive delays.

Interpret results and provide clear, compassionate feedback to families.

Write comprehensive, strength-based, neuro-affirming evaluation reports.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, ABA, psychology, etc.) to develop holistic care plans.

Provide consultation and support to caregivers, schools, and medical providers as appropriate.

Maintain documentation in accordance with clinic and licensing standards.
Qualifications

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Neuropsychology.

Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the state of Michigan.

Specialized training/experience in pediatric neuropsychology.

Experience with autism evaluations and cognitive/developmental assessments strongly preferred.

Strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
