Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with at least one year of recent acute care experience for a night shift travel contract.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Position is in an acute care/medical surgical unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Patient care on the main hospital unit, floor 1
- Must provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients
- RTO requests must be less than one week
- Travelers will not be considered if they were permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past two years
- No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility
\n \n Requirements\n
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Med/Surg or related acute care specialty
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of employment
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems (CHS) facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration
