Fountain Autism Center is seeking passionate and motivated individuals currently enrolled in a BCBA program or eligible for supervised fieldwork to join our team as BCBA Trainees. This role is ideal for aspiring behavior analysts seeking hands-on clinical experience while receiving required supervision hours toward their certification. We provide structured mentorship and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the EIDBI model using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.

Assist in data collection, progress monitoring, and behavior intervention implementation.

Attend and participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions.

Receive and document supervision hours per BACB requirements (individual and group).

Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support generalization of skills.

Gradually take on more responsibility including session planning and parent training as competency increases.
Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or completed a BCBA coursework program approved by the BACB.

Eligible to begin supervised fieldwork (must meet BACB eligibility).

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (or in progress) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and passion for helping children with autism.

Must be organized, dependable, and responsive to feedback.

Ability to pass a background check and meet all DHS requirements for EIDBI providers.
