Blue Water Developmental Housing, Inc. is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Residential Services Division Director to oversee the operations, compliance, and leadership of our licensed group home programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Residential Services Division, including program operations, policy oversight, and personnel supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (CMH, DCH, DHS, licensing).
- Oversee Residential Supervisors and support consistent implementation of treatment plans and quality programming.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director, Administrative Team, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, accreditation, and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain safe, well-operated homes, vehicles, and facilities.
- Serve as a 24-hour on-call resource for emergencies related to residential programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- Strong leadership, administrative, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and rights systems applicable to residential services.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Successful criminal background check.

Shift
1 full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, generally 8 am-4:30 pm
Rate of Pay (commensurate with experience and education)
$55,738- $84,586.41 potential for pay increases with length of service.
