Licenses & Certifications Required:
- Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed as a Professional Home Inspector, or currently enrolled in a TREC-approved program (required to apply)

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform inspections using the REI-7 electronic reporting format according to TREC standards
- Inspect residential properties thoroughly and safely
- Climb ladders and walk safe roof pitches
- Be self-sufficient, organized, and personable. Clients need to trust your eye and communication
- Show up on time, every time. Reliability is non-negotiable in our industry
About the Role
At The Inspection House, we give licensed inspectors steady work while growing their own business, with more flexibility and support than anywhere else in Texas. If you're TREC licensed or in school, you can start fast, get paid quickly, and scale without losing independence.
WhoWe're Looking For
- TREC Professional Home Inspectors or students currently enrolled in a TREC-approved inspector school
- Must be willing to buy your own tools (ladder, flashlight, outlet tester, etc.)
- Must be willing to obtain a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) license
- Must be coachable, punctual, and able to follow a proven process
- Strong interpersonal skills and a clean, professional appearance
