We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Queen Creek, AZ. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances while delivering outstanding service to our customers in their homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including:
• • Washers and dryers
  • Refrigerators and freezers
  • Dishwashers
  • Ovens, ranges, and microwaves
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform high-quality, reliable repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and repair processes clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Keep detailed service records and submit accurate reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in appliance repair (preferred)
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of home environments
• EPA certification (a plus, not required)
