Special Touch Detail, a rapidly growing mobile detailing service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is seeking motivated and reliable Mobile Detailers to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional vehicle care and top-tier customer experiences with every service. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth in company vans to perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services (wash, wax, vacuum, upholstery care, stain and odor removal, etc.)
- Apply professional techniques for ceramic coating, paint protection, and other specialty services.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailing equipment and company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for daily operations.
- Accurately track completed jobs and submit reports/photos using our digital workflow system.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of regular driving experience (non-provisional, unrestricted license)
- Clean driving record (no accidents at-fault, moving violations, DUI/DWI, or insurance claims in the last 5 years)
- No major or minor tickets within the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Knowledge of car care, detailing, or cleaning products preferred (training provided)
- Physically able to work on feet for extended periods, lift 40+ lbs, and work outdoors in all Texas weather
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Compensation
- Commission-based pay: Earn based on the number of vehicles completed each day—high earning potential for ambitious detailers!
- Performance bonuses and tips possible
- All equipment and products provided. Company van supplied for work travel
