\n\nNICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license – required for Montana nursing jobs\n
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification\n
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification\n
- STABLE certification\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing\n
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the Bozeman healthcare facility\n
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays\n
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills\n

- Deliver high-quality, family-centered neonatal care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team\n
- Assess and monitor neonatal patients, initiating appropriate nursing interventions\n
- Collect and analyze comprehensive health data for NICU patients\n
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates\n
- Promote a safe, supportive environment for patients and their families\n
- Engage in ongoing nursing education and self-evaluation to enhance clinical practice\n
- Participate in stroke competency education as required by the healthcare facility\n
- Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced NICU setting\n
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of neonatal care\n
