Your Role: The Collaborative Link
As our Service Advisor, you are key to uniting the customer and the shop team:
- Partnering with Techs: You will work directly with our expert technicians to clearly translate complex diagnoses and ensure seamless workflow management.
- Building Trust: Greeting customers with empathy, listening, and upholding the highest standards of Integrity in all estimates and invoices.
- Accountability: Taking personal ownership of commitments to both colleagues and customers, ensuring timely, quality repairs.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor/Writer.
