A part-time Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is available to provide specialized pediatric and school nursing care in a high school setting. This contract position runs from February 23, 2026, through May 2, 2026, with after-school hours Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, located in Naperville, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pediatric and school nursing services focused on diabetic care.
- Monitor student health and administer medications as prescribed.
- Provide health education and support to students and staff.
- Collaborate with school personnel and healthcare providers to manage student health plans.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in pediatric nursing and school-based healthcare.
- Skilled in diabetes management and related care protocols.
- Ability to work effectively during after-school hours.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
