Travel Physical Therapist – $3,190/week – 13 Weeks (Temp to Perm opportunity) – Walsenburg, CO
Inpatient & Outpatient | Start Date: 1/5/2026
Highlights & Perks:
- $3,190/week
- OT/Holidays is paid at 1.5x the gross hourly mixed rate
- 5x8s day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Caseload averages around 8-9 a day
- 1 on 1 treatment and we do have another PT on staff and a PT wound specialist

Requirements:
- Colorado Physical Therapist License
- BLS certification
- 1+ year recent physical therapy experience
- Outpatient experience required, inpatient experience preferred (can offer training)
