Day shift: 4x10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) with call required and weekend coverage every third weekend.
\n\nJob Description\n
The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for performing a variety of cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various cardiac techniques and an understanding of infection control practices, as well as the ability to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.
\n\nResponsibilities\n
- \n
- Set up equipment for cardiac procedures and maintain a sterile field.
- Monitor patients during procedures, recognizing dysrhythmias and other critical changes.
- Scrub in on procedures and act as a room circulator.
- Perform procedural responsibilities such as IABP placement/removal and cardiac catheterizations.
- Assist in the insertion of cardiac devices, including AICDs.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- Current certifications: BLS, RCIS or ARRT with Cath or EP experience.
- Proficiency in cardiovascular procedures and equipment operation.
