About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. You will be instrumental in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their purchasing journey. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company. Ultimately, your efforts will help establish RPM Motor Company as a trusted leader in the automotive industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and lead Customer(s) through a sales process that is initiated through the internet, in-person, or phone with support from our Sales Management.
  • Understand and implement the Dealership's CRM Software.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Present and demonstrate inventory both in-person and virtually through video.
  • Offer payment and lease options for selected vehicle
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership.
  • Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification.
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
