The Superintendent at Phoenix Water Solutions plays a key role in delivering water-saving plumbing infrastructure across commercial projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and high-end remodels. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Working alongside a field team of 8–15 technicians and reporting directly to the Division Manager, the Superintendent drives performance through daily check-ins, field support, scheduling, labor/material planning, and Service Titan use.
This is a critical leadership position in a fast-paced, bootstrapped, and mission-driven environment, offering the opportunity to shape scalable systems that reduce water waste and maximize ROI for clients and provide opportunities for growth for individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution from pre-planning through final delivery for all plumbing installations
- Accurately scope labor and material needs for contracted projects
- Support and guide field technicians through daily site visits, coaching, and performance feedback
- Maintain real-time documentation in ServiceTitan, including photos, notes, and material logs
- Drive job productivity and ensure consistent start/end times and efficient workflows
- Identify additional service or upsell opportunities on job sites and communicate with sales/ops
- Monitor project timelines, material deliveries, and job site safety standards
- Report regularly to the Division Manager on job progress, risks, and team performance
- Help train and onboard new technicians as the team scales

Requirements:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience (new construction, TI, or remodel)
- 2+ years of field leadership or superintendent-level experience
- Proven ability to manage and mentor field crews in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in ServiceTitan or other field management software (preferred)
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, inspection processes, and safety protocols
- Ability to work in the field full-time and travel between job sites as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
