Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation: Ensure all new vehicles are meticulously cleaned and detailed before customer delivery.
Lot Management: Maintain a neat and organized display of vehicles on the lot to enhance customer experience.
Customer Interaction: Assist customers by moving vehicles to accommodate customer test drives or transportation needs.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues or needed repairs.
Support Team: Work closely with sales and service departments to meet diverse customer needs effectively.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols while operating vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in automotive or a related field is preferred.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
Vehicle Handling: Ability to safely operate and park vehicles, including manual transmission.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring vehicles are presented in pristine condition.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, outdoors in various weather conditions.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and potentially customers.
