Our in-house team of Project Managers and Estimators ensures high-quality work and lasting partnerships with clients, contractors, and employees.

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for inventory control, prefabrication, tool/equipment tracking, and material delivery across various job sites. This is a critical role that supports field electricians and project staff through efficient warehouse and logistics management.

This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of working closely with multiple foremen, supervisors, and office staff. Strong multitasking is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and organize all incoming materials, tools, and equipment according to job and warehouse needs

• Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular cycle counts of electrical materials and consumables

• Coordinate restocking of warehouse supplies and service trucks with Project Managers and Service Technicians

• Deliver tools, parts, and materials to job sites using company delivery vehicle (stake bed truck)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; enforce safety procedures and protocols

• Track tool checkouts and returns, monitor tool condition, and manage safety equipment

and expendables (e.g., drill bits, core bits, blades, etc.)

• Perform minor tool repairs and preventative maintenance, experience with small engines

(generators, small motors) is preferred

• Assist with project prefabrication and assembly based on blueprint interpretation (training

provided)

• Support light mechanical work on company vehicles during slower periods (e.g., oil

changes, brake services, DMV runs, detailing)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is required

• Background in the electrical trade or knowledge of electrical components is required

• Mechanically inclined and capable of small repairs on tools or vehicles

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure

• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel and inventory software is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints and assemble prefabricated components (training provided)
