We’re hiring certified Pilates Reformer Instructors to lead small group classes and private sessions. We want instructors who value connection, bring great energy to the room, and create a safe and empowering environment for all levels.

Maison Luxe Pilates & Wellness Studio is a modern, boutique Pilates space in Brooklyn built on good energy, community, and intentional movement. Our studio offers small reformer classes, a welcoming atmosphere, and a vibe that feels warm, grounded, and elevated—without being intimidating. We’re looking for instructors who match our energy and want to grow with a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
• Teach 45-50 minute reformer classes with clear cueing and thoughtful programming
• Offer hands-on or verbal corrections and personalized support
• Create a positive, community-focused atmosphere during every session
• Set up and reset the studio before and after class
• Build relationships with clients and help them feel welcome
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and the boutique studio vibe
Qualifications
• Pilates Reformer Certification required
• Experience teaching group classes or private sessions (1+ year preferred)
• Strong understanding of alignment, anatomy, and safe progressions
• Friendly, grounded, and people-focused
• Comfortable teaching both beginners and advanced movers
• CPR/AED certification is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• $40–$75 per class depending on experience
• Private session pay: $75–$150/hr
