Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient condition and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in ICU nursing.
