Calificaciones
El candidato ideal deberá poseer lo siguiente:

Este puesto de trabajo opera dentro de un entorno de fabricación en planta. Mientras realiza las tareas de este puesto dentro de la planta, el empleado está expuesto frecuentemente a las condiciones de trabajo normales para una planta de fabricación de alimentos con un nivel de ruido que va de moderado a fuerte. Este puesto utiliza habitualmente equipos de maquinaria, montacargas, computadoras, así como instrumentación y equipos de laboratorio.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Dockworker (Hostler) at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator</li>
<li>To pass a company-paid, post-offer, pre-hire (physical essential functions) test</li>
<li>Available to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes, including days, evenings, nights and weekends</li>
</ul>
Preferred qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Tractor/trailer experience (3 axle tractor, 53' trailer)</li>
<li>Dock/warehouse experience in the transportation industry </li>
<li>Forklift experience in a freight/less-than-truckload environment</li>
<li>Experience loading and unloading trailers</li>
<li>Basic written and verbal communication skills</li>

<li>Safely operate heavy equipment, including moving, positioning and connecting/disconnecting a converter dolly with an average weight/pull force of approximately 128 lbs.</li>
<li>Work in a safe, efficient manner while adhering to company safety policies </li>
<li>Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments</li>
