Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the commercial construction industry and possess the skills necessary to coordinate various aspects of construction projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Manage and process Requests for Information (RFIs) to address project-related inquiries promptly.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with construction management practices and safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certification or degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry is advantageous.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders in the construction process. The role may involve spending time both in the office and on construction sites, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Hyde Park, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
