Job Description
We are looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to be the backbone of our trial team. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during, and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process, including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing, and attending trials.

Compensation:
$60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all pre-trial preparations, ensuring every detail is meticulously organized.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support our trial strategies and case development.
- Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Facilitate communication between clients, witnesses, and experts, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Attend trials to provide on-the-spot support, ensuring smooth proceedings.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts, adhering to deadlines and procedural requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in litigation paralegal work, with at least one year in personal injury law.
- Ability to coordinate pre-trial preparations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support trial strategies.
- Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in managing and organizing case files for easy access and up-to-date documentation.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication between clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Experience in attending trials to provide on-the-spot support for smooth proceedings.
