Position Purpose
This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, functions pertaining to the overall coordination of the Trainings department, following of HR policies and procedures and development of trainings.
Responsibilities
- Execute the values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, and standards of the organization, to achieve the vision of Schnellecke Logistics.
- Apply central procedures to the area of ??responsibility, to ensure the use of best practices in Schnellecke
- Implement continuous improvement processes in their area, in order to create more solid and efficient processes.
- Manage, lead and control Training team to accomplish the targets of the department including main responsible for the SLSC Training Academy.
- Guarantee that the training program is developed, executed and updated regularly. Develop training programs for specific needs as necessary.
- Develop and coordinate the training division and orientation process.
- Detect Training needs and create training plans as needed. Search and develop new technologies/training methods.
- Coordinate and/or conduct various training activities.
- Review processes for consistency and feasibility; create new processes where improvements or deficiencies exist.
- Collect and input data from training records into Schnellecke SKA 360 Training System.
- Provide current reports to management pertaining to training
- Assure that all tools from Schnellecke Toolbox are being applied and improved continuously
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures including promoting and practicing safe work procedures and following all safety rules at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure an orderly workstation/place.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must be able to work on logistics shop floor and office environment
- Weekends can be mandatory working days
