Job DescriptionProduction Line – 3rd Shift
Wage: $21.05 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:55 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Position Overview
The Line Attendant plays a key role in preparing and packaging products according to customer specifications while maintaining safety, sanitation, and quality standards in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
Responsibilities

Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation standards.

Prepare, weigh, load, and space product on production lines.

Rework and inspect product as needed.

Gather and apply labels, stickers, and backer boards.

Assemble and pack boxes according to order specifications.

Perform quality checks to ensure packaging accuracy and compliance.

Communicate with team members about safety, quality, and order requirements.

Palletize finished products and complete production reports.

Inspect equipment safety features (E-stops) before production starts.

Use downtime productively and assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:

Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.

Ability to read and complete production reports.

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Preferred:
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
Previous manufacturing or packaging experience.
-
Basic computer skills.
-
Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
Working Conditions
-
Repetitive, fast-paced production environment.
-
Average room temperature: 50–60°F.
-
Standing/walking for long periods and frequent lifting (up to 35 lbs).

Required PPE may include hair nets, ear protection, safety glasses, and hard hats.
