California Pools & Landscape, Arizona’s Ultimate Backyard Builder, is seeking a positive, detail-oriented Drafting Specialist to join our award-winning team.

What You’ll Do
- Create precise, technical pool construction drawings using AutoCAD (2013 or newer)
- Collaborate with Designers and Managers to refine plans and integrate feedback
- Prepare project documents including submittals, as-builts, and closeout packages
- Maintain timelines and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2013 or newer
- Strong understanding of construction methods and design principles
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Training is available for the right candidate with solid AutoCAD skills and a strong work ethic.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
