Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required.
A K-12 school in Greeley, CO is seeking qualified Teachers for the Visually Impaired for the uping school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students with visual impairments, providing specialized instruction and adaptive strategies to enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' visual needs to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Implement specialized teaching methods tailored to each student's visual capabilities.

- Provide instruction in Braille, orientation and mobility, and assistive technology as needed.
