Assisted Living QMAP | FT Night Shift
Job Description
Job Description
Pay starts at $18 / hour.
Position Summary
Ready to be a superhero in scrubs? As a Personal Care Partner II QMAP, you'll be the resident rockstar, ensuring our lovely residents are living their best lives! You'll be the maestro of medications, conducting a symphony of care that aligns perfectly with our company's mission and values. Your superpowers include anticipating needs, reporting care requirements, and administering medications with the precision of a Swiss watch – all under the watchful eye of our licensed nurse sidekicks!
Your Exciting Daily Adventures
- Be the resident's personal service genie, granting wishes for personal care needs and ADLs.
- Transform into a grooming guru, helping residents look fabulous with assistance in bathing, dressing, and meals – because everyone deserves to feel like a million bucks!
- Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to anticipate and identify resident care needs. No mystery is too small – from a misplaced hearing aid to a sneaky skin rash!
- Become a master of multitasking, juggling resident care, family needs, and open communication like a circus performer (minus the unicycle, of course).
- Don your safety cape and keep a watchful eye on residents' well-being. No need for x-ray vision, just good old-fashioned attentiveness!
- Be the voice for those who can't speak up – report any suspicion of abuse, neglect, or resource misappropriation faster than a speeding bullet.
- Transform into a human mood ring, detecting and reporting changes in resident status quicker than you can say "color-changing jewelry."
- Become the Picasso of paperwork, creating masterpieces of documentation on residents' conditions. Your canvas? Medical charts!
- Step into your role as the Medication Maestro, conducting a perfect symphony of pills and potions (all according to state law, of course).
- Be the Bat-Signal for nurses and supervisors, alerting them to any medication questions or concerns with lightning speed.
- Channel your inner court stenographer and document everything – even if a resident decides to go on a medication strike!
- Embrace your inner Santa Claus and restock medication carts and storage areas with goodies (well, medical supplies, but close enough).
- Become a home improvement guru by completing work orders for necessary repairs.
- Be the life of the party at monthly staff meetings, contributing ideas that'll make resident care more awesome than a pizza party on a Friday.
- And for the grand finale – be ready to tackle any other duties that come your way. Think of it as improv for caregivers!
