This is an in-office role (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) offering up to $68,000 base salary, health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a collaborative team environment. Ideal for a strong litigation paralegal interested in expanding into intellectual property and franchise litigation with growth and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings and court filings
• Manage litigation files and docketing
• Review documents and prepare case updates
• Support IP and franchise litigation
• Assist with billing and invoicing
