This position is located in a healthcare facility in the United States.
\n\nAssignment Duration\n
This is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\n
Day shift – 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM, with weekends as needed. Must be willing to stay until the last patient is cared for.
\n\nJob Description\n
The Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within invasive cardiology and electrophysiology settings. Responsibilities include assisting with complex procedures, monitoring patients pre and post-procedure, and ensuring adherence to infection prevention protocols.

- Provide direct care to patients during cardiac procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and manage sedation during procedures.
- Assist physicians with catheterization and ablation procedures.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient charting.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in cardiology.
- ACLS and BLS certification required.
- EPIC charting experience preferred.
