Your responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Injection mold builds</li>
<li>Operation of all machinery used in the repair of fabrication of new or existing tooling</li>
<li>Machine precision components and parts of injection molds</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair or redesign tooling</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>H.S. diploma/GED required and 2-3 years of CNC mill or lathe experience, including setup.</li>
<li>Proficient in use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparators, thread gauges, etc.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Solidworks and Mastercam</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD &amp; T</li>
<li>Experience MIG, TIG, and laser micro-welding</li>
<li>3 &amp; 5-axis CNC milling capability</li>
<li>CNC RAM and CNC Wire EDM programming capability</li>
