The Skincare Enthusiast is a licensed, insured professional who embodies the culture of luxury wellness and understands the evolving spa and body contouring industry. This practitioner combines advanced bodywork techniques with a deep knowledge of wellness principles, offering clients a personalized, results-driven experience.
The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, curiosity, and the ability to merge therapeutic and aesthetic treatments in a luxury spa setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials, spa services and body contouring treatments with precision, care, and adherence to Black Bella Spa’s service protocols.
- Maintain current state licensure and liability insurance.
- Demonstrate understanding of spa and wellness terminology and product application methods.
- Be proficient in at least three hands-on advanced skincare treatments (or willing to learn).
- Understand distinctions between luxe skincare and therapeutic spa environments.
- Educate clients on home care, spa products, and follow-up services to enhance results and encourage return visits.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and uphold Black Bella Spa’s luxury service standards.
