Robinson Park is redefining what it means to experience community within commercial real estate. The Tenant Experience Manager will lead the creation and execution of our tenant engagement strategy with developing programs, partnerships, and events that strengthen relationships, foster community, and reinforce our brand as a forward-thinking, people-centered organization.

This role serves as the bridge between Marketing and Facility Management, connecting tenants and buildings with the broader community through curated experiences, nonprofit collaborations, and local partnerships. The Manager will play a key role in building this new function from the ground up, including developing future team members and scalable processes to deliver consistent, high-quality engagement across Robinson Park’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and implementation of Robinson Park’s tenant engagement program, defining its vision, goals, and annual activation strategy.

· Build and mentor a growing team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across all properties.

· Cultivate partnerships with local nonprofits, wellness providers, restaurants, and arts organizations to bring meaningful, community-aligned activations to Robinson Park buildings.

· Collaborate with Facility Management to tailor engagement efforts to each property’s tenant mix and culture.

· Ensure all programs and experiences reflect Robinson Park’s brand standards, tone, and values.

· Partner with Marketing to capture highlights and share success stories through internal and external channels.

· Measure impact through participation, satisfaction, and renewal data to guide future engagement strategies.



Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3+ years of experience in event management, tenant relations, hospitality management, or community engagement

· Proven ability to build partnerships, manage events, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

· Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.

· Creative, resourceful, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.


Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on design tasks and presentations.

· Manual dexterity for material handling, and the use of design tools and software.

· Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds may be required.

· Must be able to walk buildings and tenant spaces

· Must be able to climb stairs and ladders

· Must be able to lift 15 - 30 pounds


Travel Requirements:

This role requires regular travel between properties throughout Oklahoma City and occasional travel to properties outside of Oklahoma City.
